Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Zencart reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Zencart also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

Returns Policy

Sellers offer a returns scheme directly under this policy, which includes options for exchange, replacement, and/or refund. Keep in mind that not all products within a specific category will have the same returns policy. Always refer to the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page, as it takes precedence over the general returns policy.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Zencart reserves the right to limit the number of returns per order unit after evaluating the product or order defect through its authorized representative.
